Job summary

Barcel USA is seeking a Brand Manager to lead the Canada portfolio strategy and drive growth across channels. You will collaborate with regional and global teams to shape marketing plans, pricing, and product innovations that reflect global strategies.

This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and cross-functional partnership with Sales, Finance, and RGM. French Canadian proficiency is desirable but not mandatory. Consumer goods experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in marketing.
• 3–5 years of progressive marketing experience and strong analytical skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional/global teams to manage the Canada brand portfolio and reflect global strategies.
• Oversee agencies to ensure campaigns and assets are on time and high quality.
• Lead the Associate Brand Manager in developing innovations for local market adaptation.
• Analyze portfolio performance and optimize pricing, promos, and product mix to maximize profitability.
• Drive customer sell-in and in-store awareness with sales teams.
