Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in recreation management, physical education, or related field with youth experience.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement weekly/monthly recreational, fitness, and wellness programs.
• Supervise daily operations of the Recreation Department and guide staff.
• Support student development through campus programs and committees.
• Collaborate with Residential Living and Safety staff to ensure a safe environment.
• Provide leadership and act as Manager on Duty as assigned.
