Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. is seeking a Recreation Program Coordinator to work with the Recreation team in delivering a diverse program for students. The role emphasizes health and wellness by overseeing activities per the approved schedule.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, an Associates degree or related youth experience, and a valid state driver’s license. CDL is preferred. The position requires physical ability to perform duties and maintain safety standards across facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates of Arts Degree or 1-year related experience working with youth.
• Must possess a valid in-State Driver's License and meet Company insurability requirements.
• CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the supervision of a comprehensive and diverse recreation program.
• Coordinate recreation activities with CPP and Social Development to include evening programming.
• Coordinate recreation and leadership activities with Center and local community resources.
• Ensure safe practices and program compliance within prescribed safety guidelines.
• Document student participation and accountability during recreation activities.
• Maintain inventory of equipment and materials and control their use; recommend purchases and perform repairs as needed.
• Provide high-quality supervision and management for the student population and influence student behavior.
• Provide timely operational support for Center operations to ensure quality programs and services.
