ADAMS AND ASSOCIATES INC is seeking a Recreation Supervisor to oversee the Recreation Department in Crystal Springs, MS. You will plan and manage recreational, fitness, wellness, and student engagement programs, and publish weekly and monthly schedules.

You will supervise staff, address concerns with professionalism, and participate in HEALs Committee activities, extending support to the Extended Training Day Program and coordinating with Residential Living and Safety/Security teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate of Arts Degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of recreation management, physical education, or related experience.
• Substantial experience working with youth.

• Partner with Residential Living and Safety/Security staff to ensure effective student supervision.
• Serve as Acting Center Shift Manager/Manager on Duty as assigned.
