Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. seeks a Recreation Supervisor to lead the Center's recreation program, ensuring a safe, student-centered environment. You will oversee daily operations, plan diverse activities, promote wellness, and work with multiple departments to engage students outside the classroom.

The role requires coordinating staffing, managing the budget, and mentoring staff while aligning with safety and center guidelines. Strong program planning and youth engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate of Arts Degree from an accredited school preferred.
• A minimum three years of experience in recreation management/physical education and substantial experience with youth.
• Must possess a valid in-State Driver’s License and meet insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supervises the Recreation Department and ensures safe, engaging programs.
• Develops and publishes weekly/monthly recreation schedules to promote engagement and wellness.
• Coordinates activities with other Center departments and HEALs Committee involvement.
• Oversees budget, inventory, and maintenance of recreation facilities and equipment.
• Provides training and supervision to staff and ensures program compliance with guidelines.
