Job summary

Medium in Redwood City, CA is seeking a results-driven Wellness Operations Manager to own programming across a large campus. You will design fitness classes, wellness activations, and partner with instructors and vendors to deliver a premium experience for members and guests.

You will report to the Club Operations Director and lead scheduling, staffing, and resource management to maximize engagement and revenue while maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing wellness or fitness center operations on a large campus or similar setting.
• Nationally recognized Personal Training certification is required.
• Experience planning and executing wellness events and engaging with vendors/partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, programming, and partnerships across the campus wellness offerings.
• Define run‑of‑show and service standards to ensure high‑impact experiences.
• Coordinate with on‑site operators and vendors for cohesive programming.
• Monitor resources/budgets and drive revenue through efficient staffing and utilization.
• Lead and prioritize team activities to align with premium standards.
