Job summary

The Confidential Wellness Center within a Premier Private Club seeks an Health & Wellness Operations Manager to lead daily business operations across fitness, spa, recovery, and holistic services. The role focuses on staffing, financial performance, systems, and member experience, without hands‑on client work.

You will supervise department staff, manage budgets, and drive program quality and engagement while aligning with club leadership and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 5+ years of health club, spa, hospitality, or wellness operations experience including program oversight and P&L.
• 3+ years in a leadership role overseeing staff and operations.
• Experience supervising licensed spa professionals and modality-based services.
• Strong financial acumen with budget, revenue, and metrics experience.
• CPR/AED certification current.

Responsibilities

• Direct integrated wellness programming across fitness, spa, recovery, and holistic services.
• Oversee scheduling and program execution through supervisors and staff.
• Monitor member feedback and metrics to improve offerings.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop strategies to drive wellness revenue and cross-department collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with policies, licensing, and certifications.
