Job summary

Playbook in Redwood City, CA is seeking a seasoned fitness professional to be the motivational anchor of our campus gym. You will oversee the fitness floor, ensure equipment readiness, and guide members through workouts and coaching sessions, delivering a premium experience from the moment they arrive.

With 2+ years of personal training and a recognized cert (NASM/ACE/ACSM/NSCA or equivalent), you’ll design sessions, coordinate class logistics, and collaborate with building teams to drive member

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience providing personal training and teaching a variety of group fitness classes.
• Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent) required; additional certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design sessions with precise workout flows, timing, and equipment setups.
• Coaching on the gym floor; lead group classes and personal sessions while maintaining energy and professionalism.
