  • Service Blueprinting: Act as the architect for our wellness services, defining the goals, logistics, and "run‑of‑show" frameworks. You set the stage with such precision that your team can step in and deliver a seamless, high‑impact experience every time.
  • Vendor Partnership Standards: Work hand‑in‑hand with on‑site operators and local vendors to create a cohesive thriving hub. You'll manage the fine details of partner alignment, ensuring every collaborator is tuned in to our standards and contributes to our house proud atmosphere.
  • Measurable Operational Impact: Manage assigned resources and budgets with an entrepreneurial mindset. You'll track the pulse of your service through feedback and data, helping demonstrate that our hospitality‑first approach delivers measurable impact.

  • Tech‑savvy, with experience using booking, scheduling, and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, event platforms).
  • Adaptable and confident learning new systems for membership and program management.
Key Competencies:
  • Customer & Community Focus: You have a natural ability to "read the room" and anticipate needs before they are voiced. You create a welcoming, personalized environment where community members feel valued and genuinely want to spend their time.
  • Seamless Operational Execution: You are a master of the details. You organize your work with such clarity that the transition from a plan to a live experience is effortless. You prepare your team to deliver high-quality, mistake‑free results, even in fast-paced environments.
  • Relationship Management: As a natural connector, you build trust through authentic presence and a relentless effort to follow‑through. Whether you are coordinating with a member or a vendor, you communicate with the heart of a host and the reliability of a trusted partner.
  • Balanced "Craft" & Reality: You possess the entrepreneurial edge to balance high‑energy creative programming with the realities of execution. You know how to assess what is realistically possible, ensuring projects align with your team's actual budget, logistics, and capacity, while still going above and beyond to wow your members.
