Job summary

Utah Tech University is seeking a Campus Visit Coordinator to plan and execute campus visits and recruitment events. You will lead the Student Ambassador program, develop promotional materials, and collaborate with the Enrollment Marketing team to deliver engaging campus experiences.

The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and experience with CRM platforms. A flexible schedule is needed for occasional evenings and weekends, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; 3+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in higher education, marketing, event coordination, recruitment, or supervision is preferred.
• Must be highly organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple visits and events.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.
• CRM platform experience (Element451, Slate, Salesforce) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all campus visit experiences and enrollment events to support recruitment goals.
• Oversee the Student Ambassador program, including recruitment, training, scheduling and supervision.
• Develop communications, promotional materials, surveys, and follow-ups for visits and events.
• Supervise the Welcome Center and Student Ambassador work areas; manage golf cart operations.
• Create an Information Packet for visiting students to tailor each visit to individual interests.
• Evaluate visit outcomes using attendance, feedback, and KPI data; prepare improvement reports.
