Utah Tech University is seeking a Campus Visit Coordinator to plan and execute campus visits and recruitment events. You will lead the Student Ambassador program, develop promotional materials, and collaborate with the Enrollment Marketing team to deliver engaging campus experiences.
The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and experience with CRM platforms. A flexible schedule is needed for occasional evenings and weekends, with a comprehensive benefits package.
Under the leadership of the Director of Enrollment Marketing and Communications, this position is responsible for coordinating a thriving and innovative campus visit program at Utah Tech University. This includes planning all individual and group campus visits and select recruitment events for the University, such as individual/group visits, Blazer Blasts, Outreach Open Houses, and other similar enrollment. This position oversees the Student Ambassador program and serves as a key member of the Enrollment team, helping ensure prospective students and their families receive engaging, personalized, and high-quality campus experiences that support enrollment goals. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, customer-focused, and highly organized professional with a passion for Utah Tech University, its programs and services, and student success.
POSITION DETAILS, COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Full-time overtime-exempt staff position. Annual salary of $43,000-$45,000 depending on qualifications and experience. Desired start date of October/November 2026.
