The University of Utah invites applications for the UU Student - Other position, University Ambassador. This part-time student role supports recruitment by sharing campus experiences with prospective students, parents, and guests.

Ambassadors lead campus tours, attend in-state and out-of-state events, staff the Welcome Center, and participate in various admissions activities. Ideal candidates are enrolled part-time, maintain at least a 2.5 GPA, and commit to spring 2027 start with ongoing

Qualifications

• Hold a 2.5 cumulative GPA.
• Be in good academic standing, not in academic probation or involved in conduct cases through the Office of the Dean of Students
• Maintain part-time student enrollment status – no less than 6 credits undergraduate each semester

Job Summary

• We are looking for a well-rounded team based on hometowns, majors, involvement on- and off-campus, languages spoken, hours able to work, and ability to collaborate and communicate with others.

Special Instructions Summary

First day would be the start of the spring 2027 semester – Monday, January 11th (or some time that week, depending on your schedule).
