Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of hospitality/customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in an Admissions Office is a plus.
• Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Google Docs and Veracross is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and confirms visitor appointments and assigns tour guides.
• Answers phone and manages the office email inbox.
• Supervises student tour guides and provides training and support.
• Prepares materials for tours and events.
• Represents the school to prospective families and follows up as needed.
• Develops relationships with administrators and teachers for enrollment efforts.
• Assists in planning large open houses and campus events.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Enrollment.
