Job summary

Kent School seeks an Admissions Associate to support admissions operations and recruit mission-appropriate students. You will schedule visits, manage tours, respond to inquiries, and assist in event planning, reporting to the Director of Enrollment.

This hourly, staff role requires strong hospitality and customer service, excellent organization, and the ability to collaborate with families, consultants, and school staff. Evening and weekend hours may be required during peak season.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/work experience in related fields preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of hospitality/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm visitor appointments and assign guides/interviewers.
• Supervise student tour guides and provide training and support.
• Represent Kent School to prospective families and education consultants.
• Build relationships with school admins and teachers for enrollment outreach.
• Assist in planning large open houses and on-campus admissions events.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Enrollment.
