Job summary

OxyChem is seeking a University Recruiting Specialist to join our Dallas team. You will partner with leadership to target university hires, design multi-stage campus recruiting strategies, and manage intern programs to deliver top new grad talent.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, strong communication and organizational skills, and willingness to travel during peak recruiting seasons (Sept–Oct and Jan–Feb). Competitive pay and benefits accompany growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Strong PC skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel (pivot tables & formulas), PowerPoint, Teams, and Forms.
• Excellent oral and written communication with ability to build relationships quickly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to identify current and future university hiring targets.
• Develop pre-campus, on-campus and post-campus recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate and conduct recruitment efforts with campus teams to deliver top quality new grads and interns.
• Plan and manage summer intern program activities including onboarding, training and events.
