Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an experienced Unit Chef to lead culinary operations at Albany State University, Radium Campus in Albany, GA. You will supervise meal preparation across locations and ensure high standards.

The role requires certification, 3+ years in culinary management, leadership and communication skills, and travel up to 75%. Full-time onsite with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Certification by a recognized culinary institution or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• At least three years’ experience in culinary management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• At least one years’ experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Planning, organizing, and supervising culinary operations of retail and catering services.
• Planning menus based on market trends, customer preferences, and nutritional considerations.
• Conferring with district managers or other departments regarding daily aspects of dining service.
• Directing and coordinating the work of kitchen staff.
• Other tasks as assigned.
