Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an experienced Food Service Manager to oversee all dining operations, safety and sanitation on campus for Albany State University - Radium Campus. You will lead a large team and ensure high quality service for students, faculty and guests.

The role emphasizes staffing, training, financial accountability, and delivering profitable operations while maintaining strong communication with campus stakeholders and guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years’ experience in a supervisory role.
• At least two years’ foodservice experience.
• Proven track record of financial responsibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, training, and retaining a large staffing team, including food service workers, cashiers, baristas, cooks, and catering team members.
• Ensuring that the operation delivers high quality food and friendly service.
• Ensuring that the business runs in a professional, efficient, and profitable manner.
• Demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills with all employees.
