Job summary

Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an experienced Unit Chef for the Eastman, GA campus. You will supervise and participate in meal preparation across multiple locations as assigned, while leading kitchen staff and ensuring quality dining service.

This full-time onsite role requires culinary certification, at least three years in culinary management, and the ability to travel up to 75%. Competitive hourly compensation is offered along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Certification by a recognized culinary institution or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• At least three years’ experience in culinary management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and supervise culinary operations of retail and catering services.
• Plan menus based on trends, preferences and nutrition.
• Coordinate with district managers on daily dining service aspects.
• Direct and coordinate the work of kitchen staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
