Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking a Unit Chef to lead culinary operations at Clayton State University, with coverage across multiple locations in the Morrow, GA area. As a floating chef, you will supervise and participate in meal preparation for sites as assigned, ensuring quality and efficiency.

The role requires at least three years of culinary management experience, a recognized culinary certification, and willingness to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Certification by a recognized culinary institution or equivalent.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• At least three years' experience in culinary management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and supervise culinary operations of retail and catering services.
• Plan menus based on market trends, customer preferences, and nutrition.
• Coordinate with district managers regarding daily dining service.
• Direct and coordinate the work of kitchen staff.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
