Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior orientation/transition experience preferred, at North Central or another school.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing transition programs (Placement Testing, Advising & Registration, Orientation Week, First-Year Experience).
• Support recruitment and selection of student staff; help coordinate training for transition staff.
• Maintain emails, data, and schedules for programs; act as a point of contact and mentor for new students.
