Job summary

Headway is hiring a Technical Recruiter to own campus recruiting end-to-end, managing events, pipelines, offers, and conversion. You will build and lead the summer internship program, coordinating scope with managers, onboarding, and performance reviews.

You’ll forge relationships with universities and student groups, run ROI-focused campus events, and partner with HR on related programs to convert interns into full-time Headwegians.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including campus/university recruiting
• Ability to build and manage university relationships and campus events
• Strong partnership with hiring managers and HR partners

Responsibilities

• Execute campus recruiting end-to-end: events, pipelines, offers, and messaging
• Manage summer internship program: hiring, project scoping, onboarding, evaluations
• Build relationships with universities, career centers, and student orgs across target schools
• Lead campus events: info sessions, career fairs, hackathons, diversity events with ROI awareness
• Partner with HR and Recruiting Programs on post-offer processes and start-date conversions
• Support full-cycle searches for new grads and interns, from sourcing to close
