Wayfair is seeking a Campus Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment for interns, co-ops, and full-time roles from attraction through onboarding. This hybrid Boston-based role partners with university career centers, faculty, and student groups to build a diverse, high-quality pipeline.

You will manage events, classroom visits, and engagement programs while collaborating with hiring teams, HR partners, and program managers to deliver an equitable candidate experience.

Formación

• 1+ years of applicable experience in a high-growth, fast-paced recruiting environment; campus or early-career recruiting strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing high-volume pipelines and/or programs with a strong candidate/stakeholder experience.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities with attention to detail and speed.
• Experience building relationships with campus partners and external organizations to promote Wayfair employment options.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from attraction to onboarding for interns, co-ops, and full-time roles.
• Plan and execute school- and partner-specific engagement plans (career fairs, info sessions, classroom visits).
• Own relationships with campus career centers, faculty, and student organizations as a Wayfair ambassador.
• Partner with hiring managers, interview teams, HR partners, and program managers to ensure a seamless experience.
• Use data to track funnel health and refine strategies to improve conversion at each stage.
• Represent Wayfair on campuses and in external networks, answering questions about early career tracks and programs.
