Job summary

Van Wall Equipment is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to lead full-cycle recruiting across 36 Midwest locations, with a focus on precision technology internships and campus sourcing. You will build university relationships, manage campus events, own referrals, and partner with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience while staying compliant with employment laws.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed or other sites.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Experience managing workflow in an ATS is preferred.
• Interest and passion for the agricultural industry.
• Excellent computer skills in a Windows environment.
• Knowledge of current employment laws and practices.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers on full-cycle recruiting for all locations.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing channels to identify candidates.
• Provide guidance on best practices throughout the hiring process.
• Lead campus recruiting for Precision Technology internship cohorts.
• Partner with university career services and on-campus groups to meet goals.
• Own on-campus and virtual events to educate about the employer brand and manage logistics.
• Schedule interviews and maintain communication with internal/external parties.
• Serve as the main contact for interns or full-time opportunities from campus recruiting.
• Track and report candidate status using the ATS and other tools.
• Coordinate onboarding items during pre-hire Phase.
• Suggest policies to improve organizational attractiveness.
• Stay updated on employment policies and advise candidates accordingly.
• Ensure compliance and conduct training to avoid legal issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
