Guilford Technical Community College (GTCC) seeks a Technology Support Specialist to install, maintain, and repair campus computers, servers, printers and scanners. You will support audiovisual equipment and imaging classroom labs across all locations, working with faculty and staff to decide on hardware and software needs.

The role requires an Associate's degree in information technology or 7+ years of experience; a Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.

Competenze

• Associates degree in information technology or seven or more years of related experience in lieu of the degree.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology is strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a technical support related field.

Mansioni

• Install, maintain, and repair computers, servers, printers, and scanners.
• Install, maintain, support, and operate audiovisual equipment across campus.
• Support lab replacements, imaging classroom lab computers, and other projects as needed.
• Prepare reports, maintenance records, and inventory paperwork.
