Job summary

Oberlin College's CIT Help Desk is seeking Technology Consultants to be the friendly first point of contact for students, faculty and staff, resolving everyday tech challenges on Mac and Windows systems. You will work in a collaborative environment at the Academic Commons, helping users with devices, accounts, and ID cards.

Responsibilities
