ArcBest is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner - Campus to oversee campus recruitment across ArcBest and its subsidiaries in Fort Smith, AR. You will guide applicants and hiring managers from sourcing through final offer.

The role involves coordinating collegiate events, building relationships with student groups, sourcing candidates on Handshake/LinkedIn/Indeed, and managing ATS workflows to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year experience in Talent Acquisition or related field preferred.
• 1 year logistics industry experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ATS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate collegiate and community events representing the ArcBest brand.
• Partner with hiring managers to assess talent needs and interview processes.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Handshake, Indeed and regional boards.
• Review applications in the ATS and manage requisitions and workflows.
• Schedule interviews and administer assessments for applicable roles.
• Provide timely status updates and maintain a positive candidate experience.
