Arcadis is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to deliver high-impact recruitment solutions and support strategic people initiatives. As an individual contributor, you may mentor others and engage in special projects.

You will act as a trusted advisor to division leaders, shaping talent strategies, performance management, coaching, and employee development. You will also focus on engagement and retention while aligning with global talent needs and international recruitment experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in corporate, consulting, or agency environments.
• Experience advising on performance management, employee relations, and professional development.
• Familiarity with workforce planning, employer branding, and analyzing talent market data.
• Coaching, mentoring, or overseeing junior team members.
• Exposure to international or multi-regional recruitment (preferred).
• Experience in the engineering, architecture, or professional services sectors (preferred).
• Proficiency with ATS and HRIS.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR policies.
• Experience with digital recruitment tools, social media sourcing, and recruitment analytics.
• Project management experience related to talent acquisition initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Talent Advisor to division managers, partnering with leaders to design effective talent strategies.
• Provide guidance on performance management, coaching, career progression, and development.
• Drive employee engagement and retention through positive culture and management collaboration.
