Job summary

Toyota’s Human Resources Department is seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for the College Programs team. The role reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and is based in Plano, Texas.

Candidate must reside within commuting distance; relocation is not provided. Key duties include posting requisitions, interview scheduling, screening, referrals, and reporting, along with supporting the full recruiting lifecycle and orientation

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or closely related area.
• Experience with Workday.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for Toyota’s Talent Acquisition College Programs across TMNA, including internships and co-ops.
• Prepare analytics, reports, and process documentation to support operations and decision-making.
• Support recruiting activities to build a strong pipeline of internship and co-op candidates and manage pre-hire activities.
• Coordinate communications and logistics among recruiters, candidates, hiring teams, and internal stakeholders for career fairs and events.
• Complete additional projects and task updates to improve recruiting efficiency.
