Job summary

Toyota’s Human Resources Department is seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for the College Programs team. The role reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and is based in Plano, Texas.

Candidate must reside within commuting distance; relocation is not provided. Key duties include posting requisitions, interview scheduling, screening, referrals, and reporting, along with supporting the full recruiting lifecycle and orientation

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or closely related area.
• Experience with Workday.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for Toyota’s Talent Acquisition College Programs across TMNA, including internships and co-ops.
• Prepare analytics, reports, and process documentation to support operations and decision-making.
• Support recruiting activities to build a strong pipeline of internship and co-op candidates and manage pre-hire activities.
• Coordinate communications and logistics among recruiters, candidates, hiring teams, and internal stakeholders for career fairs and events.
• Complete additional projects and task updates to improve recruiting efficiency.

Who we’re looking for

Toyota’s Human ResourcesDepartment is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide administrative and operational support for our Talent Acquisition College Programs team. This position will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

This position is based in Plano, Texas. The selected candidate will be expected to reside within commutable distance of this location. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

What you’ll be doing

• Provide administrative support for Toyota’s business and STEM internship and co-op programs across Toyota Motor North America (TMNA), including Lexus, Research & Development, Manufacturing, Toyota Financial Services, and Battery. Administrative work includes requisition posting, interview scheduling, screens, referrals and reporting.
• Prepare and maintain analytics, reports, and process documentation to support program operations and decision-making.
• Support recruiting activities that build a strong pipeline of qualified internship and co-op candidates. Help lead full process lifecycle, pre-hire activities and orientation programs. Monitor pre-hire activities of background checks and relocation. Weekly reporting on fills / open and offer activity.
• Coordinate communications and logistics among recruiters, candidates, hiring teams, and other internal stakeholders, in preparation and during career fairs and special events; confirmation of team member participation, materials shipment and other related activities. Manage internal requests for school / alumni campus tours and visits.
• Complete additional projects and tasks as assigned by the College Programs and Talent Acquisition teams; update Identify and support process improvements that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of college recruiting operations.

What you bring

• Minimum high school education or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or closely related area
• Proven ability to interact with all levels of the organization
• Experience with Workday
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
