Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking an Associate, Talent Acquisition (Business Recruiter) in Stamford to partner with internal stakeholders and deliver campus hiring strategies aligned to business needs. You will manage lifecycle recruiting, campus and internship programs, and coordinate with recruiters and Talent teams to ensure a consistent candidate experience.

Travel may be required during busy seasons, and you will work with a team to drive hiring goals, develop strategies, and oversee interview

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
2+ years of campus recruiting, university relations, talent acquisition, or HR experience.
Candidates must be located within commutable distance to select locations for this role.
Ability to travel ~20% depending on clients and industries served.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with School, Talent Identification & Engagement, and Alliance recruiters to execute campus recruiting strategies.
Partner with business, talent & leadership stakeholders to develop hiring strategies and share market insights.
Leverage recruiting data and market intel to influence recruitment activities & manage budgets and daily operations.
Oversee campus recruiting lifecycle from candidate selection to ATS movement and compliance.
Oversee internship programs and candidate engagement, mentoring, event planning and relationships.
Occasional weekend travel and evening recruiting activities during busy season.
