Datadog is seeking a recruiter to own the pipeline for interns, new grads, and early career hires across Europe. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle, partner with university programs, and create a high-quality candidate experience through interviews, events, and offers.

The role requires 1–5 years in campus or early career recruiting, strong storytelling, data-driven decision making, and willingness to travel across Europe. Hybrid work with Paris-based office accessibility is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in campus/early career recruiting beneficial.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English and French; other European languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel to campuses across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end candidate lifecycle for assigned schools, functions, or programs across EMEA, from sourcing and screening through offer and conversion.
• Deliver a high-touch, consistent candidate experience across every touchpoint: outreach, interviews, events, internship hosting, and offer.
• Build inclusive sourcing and engagement strategies and track representation across your funnel.
