Job summary

BDO is seeking a People & Culture Campus Recruiter to lead entry-level and intern hiring efforts. The role coordinates campus recruiting activities, builds relationships with campus offices and faculty, and guides recruiting teams on processes while acting as the campus’ primary student contact.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (HR focus preferred) and at least two years of campus recruiting experience; strong MS Office and ATS skills are expected. Travel to campuses is required.

Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years of recruiting experience required.
• College recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience in a mid-market or large professional services firm preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and an ATS such as Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Recruit on college campuses for entry-level and intern roles, including interviewing candidates.
• Serve as primary recruiting contact for client groups and candidates throughout the process.
• Build and maintain relationships with campus offices, faculty, students and recruiting teams.
• Develop campus recruitment plans and source talented candidates effectively.
• Travel to various college campuses for recruiting events.
