Arizona College of Nursing is seeking a Campus Support Coordinator to serve as the welcoming face of our Florida campus. You will help students navigate the campus, coordinate communications, and keep operations running smoothly.

You will greet visitors, schedule appointments, assist with documentation, ensure privacy compliance, supervise exams, and work with a team to achieve campus goals while growing your professional skills.

Qualifications

• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, provide directions, and answer questions about the BSN program.
• Manage campus communications, calls, messages, and mail.
• Keep office organized, maintain supplies, and assist with admin tasks.
• Support prospective students by scheduling appointments and gathering documents.
• Ensure privacy compliance (HIPAA/FERPA) for students and staff.
• Proctor admissions tests to ensure a fair testing environment.
• Collaborate with team to achieve campus goals and grow professionally.
