Qualifications

• 1. High School Equivalency is required.
• 2. Three years of administrative assistant experience.
• 3. Proficient in basic office software and FERPA basics.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and provide friendly, informative assistance.
• Process enrollment transactions including registration, records, and financial aid.
• Handle inquiries via walk-ins, email, texting, and phone calls.
• Maintain accurate data in student information systems and ensure privacy standards.
