Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of office software and communication tools.
• Minimum GPA 2.5; preferred 2.75.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to calls and emails regarding technology and classroom needs.
• Provide classroom technology/equipment support (projectors, PCs, smart boards).
• Assist students, faculty, staff, and guests with connecting to resources (Wi‑Fi, classroom equipment).
• Set-up and tear down of event spaces including conference rooms, classrooms, and programming spaces.
• General office support: answering phones, greeting visitors, filing, printing/copying, front desk coverage.
