Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Help customers locate course materials, supplies, and merchandise.
• Operate the point-of-sale system for transactions.
• Keep the store floor clean, organized, and stocked.
• Assist with inventory and receiving merchandise.
• Develop product knowledge to assist customers confidently.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily priorities.
• Maintain a store environment reflecting the Barnes & Noble College brand.
