Job summary

Barnes & Noble College seeks a Temporary Campus Store Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service, assist customers with course materials, and help maintain a well-stocked, organized sales floor. You will operate the POS system to process purchases and support inventory and merchandising activities during peak periods.

Eligibility starts at 16 years old with preferred prior retail or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old; retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic math, keyboarding, and data entry skills required.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Assist with locating materials, merchandise, and completing purchases at POS.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and support store operations.
• Stock and replenish merchandise; assist with receiving and order fulfillment.
