Barnes & Noble College is seeking a Campus Store Team Member (Temporary) to deliver friendly, customer-focused service and support daily store operations.

As part of our campus stores, you will help customers locate materials, operate the POS system, and keep shelves stocked and inviting. This temporary role offers varied hours and the chance to gain hands-on retail experience while supporting students and faculty.

Competenze

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to engage students and faculty.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math, keyboarding, and data entry skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible schedule for temporary assignment.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by greeting customers and providing friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Assist customers in locating course materials, apparel, gifts, and other merchandise.
• Operate the POS system to process transactions accurately.
