Job summary

Barnes & Noble College is seeking Temporary Campus Store Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service and support daily store operations. You will greet customers, help them locate materials, and process purchases at the POS system in a fast-paced campus store.

As a temporary team member, you will assist with inventory, restocking, and merchandise presentation while staying informed about course materials and store services.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Assist customers in locating materials and merchandise.
• Operate the point-of-sale system to process transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
• Support inventory, receiving, order fulfillment, and other tasks.
• Develop product knowledge to confidently assist customers.
