Barnes & Noble College is seeking a Temporary Campus Store Team Member to deliver an exceptional retail experience during peak campus activity. You will greet customers, help them locate books and materials, and process transactions at the point-of-sale while keeping the floor organized and welcoming.

This role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Assist customers in locating course materials, school supplies, apparel, and other merchandise.
• Operate the point-of-sale system to process transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
• Support inventory, receiving, and other store operations as needed.
