BibliU Ltd. is seeking a Store Manager to lead the campus store at Clover Park Technical College in Lakewood, WA. The role focuses on driving sales, managing inventory, and strengthening campus relationships to promote Day 1 access to affordable digital course materials.

You will oversee a customer-focused team, ensure visual merchandising standards, and collaborate with faculty and administrators to meet student needs while adhering to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Collect, enter and analyze adoptions for order placement and maintain regular communication with campus stakeholders regarding status.
• Manage inventory for your store, including receiving, tagging, set-up and the return of unsold inventory to the vendors.
• Develop and maintain a good working relationship with the faculty to obtain key information for course materials.
• Schedule regular appointments and meet with the appropriate administrative personnel to build partnerships, promote Day 1 access and determine the best option for students.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating and providing feedback to sales staff.
• Ensure company compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
• Address customer service issues and partner with Regional Manager to resolve issues.
