Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in leadership or supervisory roles preferred.
• Experience in retail operations: merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily sales floor operations, delivering exceptional customer service and coaching team members.
• Partner with Store Manager to oversee daily operations, merchandise, inventory accuracy, and store presentation.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, schedule, and develop staff; provide ongoing feedback in a collaborative environment.
• Drive sales and performance by analyzing trends, managing controllable expenses, and adjusting to business needs.
• Build strong relationships with customers, campus partners, and team members, resolving concerns professionally.
