BibliU Ltd. is seeking a results-driven Store Manager for the campus store. You will lead a customer-focused team, drive sales and profitability, and strengthen campus relationships.

Responsibilities include inventory management, coordinating with faculty on course materials, and promoting Day 1 access while maintaining merchandising standards. Join a collaborative, high-growth, distributed team across the US and UK.

Responsibilities

• Collect, enter and analyze adoptions for order placement and maintain regular communication with campus stakeholders regarding status.
• Manage inventory for your store, including receiving, tagging, set-up and the return of unsold inventory to the vendors.
• Develop and maintain a good working relationship with the faculty to obtain key information for course materials.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating and providing feedback to sales staff.
• Ensure company compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
• Address customer service issues and partner with Regional Manager to resolve issues.
