Job summary

BibliU is seeking a results-driven Store Manager in Louisville, KY to lead a campus store, drive sales and strengthen campus relationships. The role reports to the Regional Manager and requires coordinating with faculty to promote Day 1 access and optimal course-material options for students.

The position is full-time with 40 hours per week, offering a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Responsibilities

• Collect, enter and analyze adoptions for order placement; maintain regular communication with campus stakeholders regarding status.
• Manage store inventory: receiving, tagging, setup, and return of unsold inventory to vendors.
• Build partnerships with faculty; schedule regular meetings to determine best option for students and promote Day 1 access.
• Meet sales goals by training and motivating sales staff and providing feedback.
• Ensure company compliance with policies and procedures.
