BibliU is hiring a Store Manager for a campus store in Flat Rock, NC. You will lead a customer-focused team, drive sales and profitability, and strengthen campus relationships.

Responsibilities

• Collect, enter and analyze adoptions for order placement and communicate with campus stakeholders.
• Manage store inventory including receiving, tagging, setup and returns to vendors.
• Develop relationships with faculty to secure course materials and Day 1 access options.
• Meet sales goals by training and guiding sales staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to attract customers.
• Conduct performance appraisals and define training needs and career paths.
• Address customer service issues and coordinate with Regional Manager to resolve them.
