BibliU is seeking a results-driven Store Manager for the North Georgina Technical College campus in Clarkesville, GA. You will lead a customer-focused team to drive sales and profitability while strengthening campus partnerships.

Responsibilities include inventory management, relationship building with faculty, and promoting Day 1 access. The role requires a hands-on leader capable of single-person operation with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, enter and analyze adoptions for order placement and communicate with campus stakeholders.
• Manage store inventory including receiving, tagging, setup and returns.
• Build and maintain relationships with faculty for course materials and Day 1 access options.
• Meet sales goals by training and motivating store staff.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals and plan career paths.
• Address customer service issues with Regional Manager to resolve.
