You will lead merchandising, inventory, sales performance, and daily store activities, fostering a customer-first culture while ensuring standards across all departments.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail experience, including leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with retail operations, merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily sales floor operations and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Partner with Store Manager to oversee daily operations and execute company initiatives.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop store team members.
• Drive sales and operational performance by analyzing trends and managing expenses.
• Build relationships with customers, campus partners, and team members to resolve issues.
• Develop expertise across store departments and provide leadership across operations.
