Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent.
• 0-5 years of relevant experience.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Advanced relationship building, a demonstrated ability to influence a team, and customer outreach.
• Travel: minimal - less than 10%.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by executing store plans and daily operations for traditional and peak periods.
• Supervise and develop team members, scheduling within budget and covering breaks or peak times.
• Create an engaging customer service culture with solutions-based selling and high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain campus relationships and daily communications about store operations.
• Support general store operations and ensure compliance with policies.
