As a key member of the leadership team, you will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage daily operations, and build strong relationships with campus partners. A flexible schedule, and a focus on teamwork and operational standards are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience in merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily sales floor operations and coach team members to deliver a customer-first experience.
• Partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations as Manager-on-Duty and execute company initiatives.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop store team members; provide ongoing feedback.
• Drive sales and operational performance by analyzing trends and managing controllable expenses.
