Barnes & Noble College’s campus store is seeking a Store Manager to lead operations with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, driving revenue, and fostering strong relationships across the campus community.

You will guide daily activities, mentor a diverse team, supervise merchandising and inventory, and ensure adherence to company standards while promoting an inclusive campus culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive retail leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Experience with merchandising, inventory, and financial management.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations with a customer-first culture.
• Drive sales growth and manage controllable expenses.
• Recruit, hire, train, and coach store team members.
